Permission for (i) a new factory and showroom premises to replace former factory and showroom premises (burnt down) known as Christoff Kitchens, (ii) undergrounding of overhead lines, (iii) new septic tank (iv) temporary retention of 2 no. of structures to be removed from site circa 6 months to 1 year from completion of construction and all associated site works including parking and landscaping.
