Permission for the construction of 79 no. residential units in the mix of houses, duplex units and apartments, ranging in height from 2 to 3 storeys on a site of c. 1.9 hectares. The proposed residential units comprise the following types: a) 19 no. 3-bed mid/end terrace houses b) 21 no. 2-bed mid/end terrace duplex units c) 21 no. 3-bed mid/end terrace duplex units d) 9 no. 2-bed apartments e) 6 no. 1-bed plus study apartment f) 3 no. 1-bed apartments. The proposed development also includes for access roads and footpaths, car and bicycle parking, bin stores, public and private open spaces with associated landscaping, boundary treatments, public lighting, together with all associated site development works. The proposed development will connect to roads and services infrastructure permitted under LCC Reg. Ref. 221018. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the planning application *SFI recieved on 9.2.24**
