Permission for development that will consist of 29 no. residential units comprising the following; 2 no. three storey blocks of apartments, comprising 9 no. two bedroom apartments and 3 No. three bed apartments in each block (24 apartments in total). 4 no. semi-detached two storey , 3 bedroom dwelling houses. 1 No. Detached two storey, 3 bedroom dwelling house to include vehicular/pedestrian access from the Loakers, pedestrian access onto Bother Maol and the construction of a public pavement along part of Bother Maol, car parking, cycle bays, external bin storage area, public street lighting, landscaping and all associated site development works including the laying of a new surface water sewer pipe on a section of the Blackrock Road ( R172). Bothar Maol from the N52 Inner Relief Road to the site entrance on Bothar Maol will be used for emergency and service vehicle access to the site in the event of flooding on the Blackrock Road preventing access to the site via the Loakers development. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) accompanies this planning application
