Proposal description

Permission for amendments to the nursing home extension granted under planning ref. 16/194. The permission comprises 2 smaller single storey extensions to the north and south of the existing nursing home and a larger 2 storey extension to the west. It is proposed to omit the 2 smaller extensions and construct the western extension only. It is proposed to omit the link between the existing nursing home and the western extension, with associated revisions to the layout and elevations. The revised extension will accommodate 44 bedrooms. Permission is also sought for a revised parking layout and all associated site works and services
