Permission for development that will consist of waste recovery and recycling facility for the treatment of up to 90,000 tonnes per annum of municipal solid waste, comprising; a processing building with a floor area of c. 9,263m2 to a maximum Height of 13.85m, ancillary administration building (floor area of c. 252m2 and 5.4m in height), gated vehicular access off the L3168 (Ardee Road) and an internal access road with two weighbridges, ESB substation (c 42m2) fuel storage, two 40m3 underground tanks, underground drainage including c. 385m3 underground tank, 33 no. car parking spaces, 10 no bicycle parking spaces, and photovoltaic panels on the roof of processing building. The development also includes security cameras, lighting, boundary treatment to include 2m high boundary fence and 1-1.5m mounding on southern boundary and all associated landscaping, plant, site and construction works on an overall site of c.2.6ha. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report and Natura Impact Statement have been prepared in respect of the propose development. The proposed development will require an Industrial Emissions Licence from the Environment Protection Agency in order to operate
