EXTENSION OF DURATION 17497****Permission for development to vary previously permitted development as granted under P.A Ref. 15675 at this site. Permission P.A. Ref. 15675 provides for a new two storey administrative headquarter building. The building will be exclusively occupied by the applicant (LMETB) for the purposes of administering educational and training services in the Louth and Meath areas. The proposed development also provides for 57 no. surface car parking spaces, cycle parking, landscaping and boundary treatment, signage and all associated site development works. The variations to P.A. Ref 15675 will consist of amended site boundary treatment, increasing overall height of boundary walls, fencing and entrance gates along with polyester powder coated perforated security roller shutters to all ground floor windows and doors.
