Permission to vary previously permitted development granted under P.A. Ref. No. 08/650 as extended under P.A. Ref. No. 13/379 and as varied under P.A. Ref. No. 14/450 (PL15.244462); P.A. Ref. No. 15/658 and P.A. Ref. No. 17/784. The development will consist of the replacement of 39 No. permitted 2 storey detached and semi-detached dwellings with 46 two storey dwellings comprising a mix of terraced, semi-detached and detached dwellings ranging in height from 2 - 3 storeys. The change in house types proposed will result in an additional 7 no. dwellings bringing the overall number of dwellings on the site to 144. The proposed development also provides for the omission of a section of pedestrian path to the side of dwellings in that part of the site identified as "Seaview Way" and all related site development works including landscaping and boundary treatment. *Significant Further Information Received on 24/05/2019 to include alterations to the position and type of dwellings resulting in the reduction of the overall number of dwellings provided on site from 144 to 143 and updated site layout drawings*
