SHD: STAGE 2 Pre Application Request lodged with An Bord Pleanála. The proposed development consists of 142no. apartments (58no. 1-bed, 64no. 2-bed and 20no. 3-bed) in five buildings, ranging in height from two to five storey on a site measuring 1.52ha. A creche (122.4sqm) and community room (121.5sqm) are also proposed to serve the development together with parking, roadways and ancillary site works including landscaping and boundary treatments. Access will be via a roadway and new entrance on to the R215 Inner Relief Road permitted under P.A. Re. 16/803 (ABP Ref. 15.247929). PLEASE NOTE THAT LOUTH COUNTY COUNCIL IS NOT THE DECISION MAKER.
