Provision of 1x no. UA parking space, 2x no. unmarked public parking spaces, vehicular ramp, planters and wastewater holding tank to pier. Remedial works to the pier including repointing of pier flagstones, canted pier wall and cut stone steps. Partial demolition of the southern pier wall limited to the 20th century element. Demolition of modern concrete step to access route of northern steps of pier. Removal of modular building and relocation of Shannon Commissioners stone.
