The site is located directly adjacent to existing similar scrubber plant, deck/platform and structural metalwork within the utility compound off Cloughkeating Avenue, south of the existing Analog International UC Manufacturing Building at Raheen Business Park, County Limerick. This is an existing lower tier Seveso (COMAH) site and is subject to the requirements of the European Communities Chemicals Act (Control of Major Accident Hazards Involving Dangerous Substances) Regulations. The facility operates under Industrial Emissions (IE) Licence No. P0224-05
