Extension of permission for planning ref. 17/655: 1. developments to existing hotel consisting of: (a) construction of a new first floor hotel leisure centre with separate entrance over existing swimming pool to replace existing leisure centre. To include revisions to existing swimming pool area at ground floor to incorporate new sauna and steam rooms in existing enclosed external yard, and revised dressing room layouts. (b) reconfiguration of existing conference meeting rooms/business hub and leisure centre area to accommodate additional meeting rooms to this area together with construction of new glazed breakout area and walkway facing existing courtyard area to rear/south west of hotel. (c) construction of new entrance and glazed area to existing restaurant area facing courtyard together with internal modifications. (d) construction of new split level storey parking area adjacent to hotel, accessed from existing parking area, to provide 140 additional parking spaces. (e) minor internal variations to layouts. 2. change of use of existing unused crèche facility and vacant commercial space adjacent and to the east of the hotel bedroom suites to form part of existing hotel complex.
