Modifying a recently permitted scheme under reg. no. 20/1114. The modification results in a net reduction of 6 units on the wider site as permitted under ref. no. 20/1114 (91 units proposed as opposed to 97 units) and consists of: replace 21 no. duplex units. Blocks type 5a and type 5b and with 4 no.1 bed apartments (nos 42-45) and 12 no. houses (nos 33-41, 46-48), replace 4 no. semi-detached units with 4 no. detached units along the western boundary (at proposed units 88-91) and slight reconfiguration of boundaries of permitted unit no. 64 (now proposed 87); amend the layout to facilitate a change of house types at numbers 19-25; slight reconfiguration of the rear gardens of permitted units 73-76 (now proposed renumbering as nos 15-18); revised landscaping throughout; connection to the permitted services under reg. ref. 20/1114; all associated development and site works
