The removal of the existing corral(42.7sqm) and corridor area(18.8sqm) and their replacement with a new smaller corral(31sqm) and food store(12.5sqm), an extension to the food store/freezer area(4.8sqm) on the northern elevation, 2 no. new glazed Drive Thru booth windows along the northern elevation, a new entrance lobby on the eastern elevation with a new sliding entrance door with Decal at 900mm and 1500mm centres, material amendments to the roof including the provision of a full composite louvre over-clad in aluminium reynobond, increasing the height of the building by 300mm, new elevational signage, new drive thru signage, structures and road markings, and all associated works. The proposed development also includes the replacement of the existing single drive thru lane with a 2 no. lane side-by-side arrangement with associated signage and menu boards, digital window poster, directional road marking, the relocation of a gallows height restrictor and the removal of 10 no. existing car parking spaces to facilitate the new drive thru arrangement, and the relocation of 2 no. accessible car parking spaces adjacent to the eastern boundary of the subject site
