The signalisation of the Plassey Road/Plassey Park Road and Plassey Park Road/University Road junctions with the addition of dedicated pedestrian and cycle crossing facilities. It will also include the addition of bus lanes along both Plassey Park Road & Plassey Road to permit bus priority measures to be introduced at both junctions. The proposed works also include upgrades to the existing walking and cycling facilities on both Plassey Park Road & Plassey Road, in conjunction with upgrades to minor road junctions, bus stops, new road surfacing, installation of LED public lighting & surface water drainage works
