Areas 2 & 3 consist of 88 dwellings - three storey duplex dwellings with 34 two bed apartments at ground floor with 34 three bed duplex houses on first and second floor and 20 two storey dwellings and creche. Site entrance to area 1 to to be widened and improved. Site entrance to area 2 & 3 is via the existing Woodhaven estate. The proposed development includes all ancillary site works, parking landscape and drainage.
