We, PR Management & Consulting Limited, intend to apply for Permission for development at site at: Lands at Dromod Beg, Dromod, Co, Leitrim. The development will consist of: 1.) Demolition of existing single-storey shed and boundary structures at north-west of existing dwelling house at Dromod Beg (Eircode N41 A309); 2.) Demolition of existing dwelling house structures at Dromod Beg (Eircode N41 RC53) fronting on the L1601 road; 3.) Demolition of existing boundary wall structures at rear (east) of existing dwelling house at Dromod Beg (Eircode N41 N235); 4.) Construction of 43 No. new residential units consisting of: - 30No. 3-bedroom semi-detached houses, - 4No. 3-bedroom terrace houses, - 6No. 2-Bedroom terrace houses, - 1No. 2-bedroom detached house, - 2No. 3-bedroom duplex apartments; 5.) Alterations and single storey rear/ side extensions to existing single storey village centre commercial unit situated at the corner of the L1600 road and the L1601 road; & 6.) Provision of public open space, communal open space, private open space, site landscaping, public lighting, refuse storage, roadways, access/ egress junctions, car parking, bicycle parking, boundary treatments, and all associated site development works and services.
