Proposal description

Retention of 1) existing outdoor canopy structure to the side (East) of the existing café; and 2) revised boundary treatment along Eastern site boundary. The development will consist of 1) the construction of a new part two storey extension to the rear (North East) of the existing Visitor Experience building comprising of an extended kitchen, bar/function room and ancillary accommodation at ground floor level, and staff office and welfare facilities at first floor level; 2) the construction of a canopy to provide cover to the existing rear delivery area; 3) the construction of a gazebo to the rear of the proposed extension, 4) construction of new boundary treatment along Northern site boundary; 5) revised site boundaries from that previously permitted in P.16207 & P.17232; along with 6) associated carparking, site works & services.
