Proposal description

Change of use of existing shop and filling station to Child Care Facility including the change the use of the shop to two child care rooms, construct an extra afterschool room, toilet block, lobby and waiting area to the rear and side of the shop, changing the fenestration to alter door on the eastern elevation to a window with opaque glass make two window opes to the western elevation, decommissioning of the petrol pumps, underground fuel tanks and piping and removal of forecourt canopy. Subdivide the site to separate the existing dwelling house from the rest of the site. Construct new boundary walls to the front and eastern boundaries, close existing Crèche entrance and open two new entrances to form a one way access and exit to the site, remove the front portion of wall between the existing Crèche and the proposed parking area, also planning permission for removed existing signage and erect new signage for the Crèche on the front of the existing shop, and all associated and necessary works
