Modifications to 11 No. House Type C (C4,C5, C6 and C7) to the northeastern side of the site consisting of revisions to building footprint, minor internal modifications at ground and first floor level, modifications to external fenestrations and slight increase in rear garden areas. Minor modification to the road layout along with the addition of a disabled car parking space at the southern end of the site. All with associated site works, landscaping and boundary treatment.
