Development at this site situated at: Laurel Hill, Coolrain, Co. Laois. The development will consist of: - permission for the importation of Inert soil & stone (EWC 17.05.14) into the subject site of 1.655 hectares in order that the site can be rendered suitable for agricultural grassland, it is proposed to improve the 1.655 hectares and is estimated that this will require approximately 33,100 cubic metres of Greenfield inert soil and stone. The applicant also proposes to widen existing entrance and dry wheel wash and all associated site works. An Appropriate Assessment Screening and Ecological Impact Assessment has been submitted with this application. .
