For amendments to Planning Permission Reference 19/647 (which permitted the demolition of the existing Discount Foodstore and the construction of a new Discount Foodstore with ancillary off-licence sales), relating to the construction of a revised and repositioned single storey (with mezzanine plant deck) mono-pitch licensed Discount Foodstore with ancillary off-licence sales, with a total gross floor space of 2,423 sqm and a net sales area of 1,685 sqm (in lieu of 2,442 sqm and 1,650 sqm respectively permitted under Planning Permission Reference 19/647. ( 2) Reconfiguration of existing and permitted Lidl car park and part of existing Shaws Development car park and hard and soft landscaping. 3) The closure existing vehicular and pedestrian access points at Kylekiproe Road and creation a new single vehicular access point to Kylekiproe Road to serve the Lidl and Shaws Developments and new pedestrian access to Kylekiproe Road to serve the Lidl Development and, 4) All other enabling, associated and ancillary development and works (and amendments to Planning Permission Reference 19/647) above and below ground level, including a new substation building.
