The entire proposed development will comprise of 38 no. residential units, consisting of 8 no. three bed semi-detached huses, 10 no. three bed terraced houses, 12 no. four bed semi-detached houses and 8 no. four bed end-terrace houses. The proposed development will be accessed from the existing Rush Hall Estate and the proposed development will also include estate rouds, footpaths, public open space, landscaping while utilizing existing ful drainage, surface water drainage and water mains and all associated infrastructure works and services on 1.666ha.
