Retention Permission and Permission is sought for the alterations, change of use & refurbishment of the existing protected structure from part retail & part residential to 1no. retail space and 3no. 1bed apartments and permission for the construction of a detached two-storey 2unit apartment building to the rear. (On completion providing a total of 1no. retail space, 3no. 1bed apartments and 2no. 2bed apartments).
