The proposed signage will incorporate the retail park name together with tenant directory. The installation of a smaller, directional sign, measuring 1.2m in height and 2.5m in length will also form part of this application. In addition, the development will also include all associated site works including excavation, foundations, electrical connection and ancillary works necessary to facilitate the installation of the proposed totem and directional signage
