Proposal description

For development. The proposed development will comprise the erection of a double-sided, internally illuminated, totem sign measuring 6.5 metres in height and 1.8 metres in width, mounted on a concrete base, located at the entrance to Kilkenny Retail and Business Park, Ring Road, Kilkenny. The proposed signage will incorporate the retail park name together with tenant directory. The installation of a smaller, directional sign, measuring 1.2m in height and 2.5m in length will also form part of this application. In addition, the development will also include all associated site works including excavation, foundations, electrical connection and ancillary works necessary to facilitate the installation of the proposed totem and directional signage
