For development. The development will consist of the construction of a 66-unit residential estate, comprising: 36 no. semi-detached 4-bedroom 2-storey houses; 14 no. semi-detached 3-bedroom 2-storey houses; 2 no. detached 3-bedroom 2-storey houses; 2 no. 2-storey terraced blocks, each containing 1 no. 3-bedroom mid-terrace townhouse and 2 no. end-of-terrace 3-bedroom townhouses; and 2 no. 2-storey maisonette apartment blocks, each containing 4 no. 2-bedroom apartments. Other works as part of the development will include: (a) connection to infrastructure, adjoining foul sewers, water mains and all utilities permitted under planning references 99/1809, 10/458, 16/186, 20/189, and 25/60269; and (b) site boundary treatments, open spaces, landscaping and all associated site development works. The site is accessed via the existing residential development known as ‘Friary Walk’
