PL10.238542) and Planning Register Ref. 23/120 to include the following works; 1) Alterations to part of the previously permitted development (Part of Phase 01 & part of Phase 03 of Planning Ref. 10/15) to replace 33 No. Residential Units (12 No. Houses, 12 No. Duplex Houses, and 09 No. Duplex Apartments) with 37 No. Houses (23 No. 4-beds and 14 No. 3-beds). The accommodation proposal of 37 Houses results in a net increase of 4 No. houses in this area of the development. A net reduction of 4 Houses within the overall development has been permitted under Planning References 24/60192 and 24/60150 resulting in a nett neutral development of housing on this site from that permitted under the parent application Ref. 10/15 subject to this application. 2) Floor plan and elevational alterations to previously permitted House No. 08 in Planning Ref. 23/60297. 3) Revised landscaping & public open space proposals to include the relocation of the previously permitted sportsfield & play area and the provision of 15 No. dedicated car parking and 20 No. dedicated bicycle parking spaces. 4) Revised landscape proposals to include the relocation of the previously permitted tree nursery. 5) Revised road & homezone proposals to include the omission of the previously permitted road to the adjacent “Fox Meadow” development. 6) All associated site & development works
