The development will consist of - a) The clearance of the 0.65 hectare site b) The construction of 24 no 2-bed maisonette units and 6 no. 3-bed duplex apartment units in 2 and 3 storey blocks with a central landscaped courtyard, c) The extension and modification of existing shared carparking area and the provision of carparking dedicated to proposed housing units, d) The construction of communal bin storage facilities and bicycle parking areas, e) The utilization of existing primary access from Hebron Industrial Estate, Road 1, as permitted under planning application numbers 08/859 (A.B.P ref. PL10.232618) & 10/101, f) Site boundary treatments and all associated site development works. This application forms part of an overall masterplan in which the adjacent site is subject to a concurrent and separate planning application
