The proposed development will consist of: The removal of three single storey additions to the existing workshop building, relocation of existing water storage tank and construction of new single & two storey extensions to the existing workshop building to provide a four-bedroom house, provision of garage, provision of a new single storey pump house adjacent to the re-located water storage tank, hard and soft landscaping, connections to existing services and all associated site works. A number of Protected Structures exist at Mount Juliet Estate (inc. Refs C367, D24, C1021, C1022, C1023), however, no works are proposed to these structures. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application
