For the following: (A) Alterations to previously granted planning permission order no. ABP-303427- 19. These alterations comprise of the redesign of the site layout to include the replacement of 4 no. type A1 houses, as granted, along the north-eastern boundary and in their place we apply for the construction of 1 no. 3 storey apartment building (Consisting of 1 no. 1 bedroom apartment and 17 no. 2 bedroom apartments) with rooftop plant area, bin store plus associated parking. (B) In accordance with condition no. 2(a) of 303427-19 granted permission, along the northern boundary in lieu of 15 no. terraced houses, as omitted in the aforementioned condition, we hereby apply for the construction of a terrace of 5 no. houses comprising 2 no. Type C houses and 3 no. type D houses plus 1 no. 3 storey apartment building (consisting 15 no. 2 bedroom apartments) with rooftop plant area together with bin store, public open space, pedestrian access and associated parking
