Retention of works to date and permission to complete the proposed works to include modifications to the approved Plan Ref: P.14/436, which plan provided for the construction of a single storey extension to existing single storey nursing home, to include 12 no additional bedrooms, associated bathroom facilities, and ancillary areas to include sitting rooms, office, treatment room and entrance lobby, associated siteworks, additional carpark space, access ramp, and connection to existing wastewater treatment system on site. The proposed works to be retained and completed include the provision of a lower ground floor of 158.5m² area, to include staff facilities, office and filing room, storage areas and plantroom at the Western end. The ground floor is extended to a total area of 556m², to include additional stairwell and circulation areas. The proposals include associated modifications to the approved plan with respect to siteworks, carparking, footpaths, ramps and associated siteworks
