for development at this site. The development will consist of 1. Continuance of use of the existing permitted quarry site and all existing ancillary site and welfare facilities, storage areas, and provision for crushing and screening of unsuitable dimension stone rock, authorised by the previous grants of planning permission (parent permissions P. Ref. 05/1927 & P. Ref. 95/453 and all subsequent permissions); 2. Rock extraction within a proposed quarry void area of 9.8 hectares with a final extraction depth of c. 53m AOD as permitted by the existing permission P. Ref. 05/1927; 3. Relocation within the site of the existing facilities comprising of workshop (c. 153.6m2), bunded fuel storage area / refuelling area (c. 180m2), clean water storage tank (c. 62m2), cutting saw; and 24 no car parking spaces to facilitate rock extraction; 4. Provision of new hydrocarbon interceptor to service the relocated bunded fuel storage area / refuelling area; 5. Restoration thereafter to a combination of ecological habitat site and permanent waterbody; 6. All associated site works within an overall application area of c. 24.6 hectares. The proposed operational period is for 25 years plus 2 years to complete restoration (total duration sought 27 years). An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and Natura Impact Statement (NIS) have been prepared in respect of this Planning Application,
