Proposal description

Alterations to a previously granted Large-Scale Residential Development (LRD) under Reg. Ref. 22/221502 and as amended under Reg. Ref. 23942 and under Reg. Ref. 25/60515. The alterations proposed relate to Block B of the granted residential development. The alterations include: (a) the change of use of the previously permitted commercial/health/medical unit (c. 247.6 sqm) at ground floor, to now provide for 3 no. addition apartment units as follows: 1 no. one-bed and 2 no. two-bed apartment units at ground floor level of Block B. The proposed alterations result in an overall increase from 152 no. to 155 no. apartment units, within the approved building footprint with no proposed increase in the overall building height permitted under Ref.22221502 (b)amendments to the south and west elevations to accommodate these proposed changes at ground level; and (c) all associated site works necessary to facilitate the proposed development including the re-allocation of 3 no. of the permitted car parking spaces for proposed residential units – no additional parking is proposed, and the omission of 13 no. bicycle parking spaces resulting in the reduction of the 404 no. bicycle spaces previously permitted to 391 no. spaces. The overall site layout remains as per the parent permission including road layout and services.
