The new dwelling footprint partially encompasses the footprint of a single-storey detached dwelling previously permitted under pl. reg. ref. no.: 03/1620 with a stated floor area of 77m². The external and internal blockwork walls were completed for this unfinished dwelling and it is now proposed to demolish this structure to facilitate the proposed new dwelling works.
