Brimbay Ltd. are applying for planning permission for amendment to previoiusly approved development, Kildare County Council Reg Ref 25/60116 at their existing 2.4 hectare site, on the northside of the Newbridge Road (R455) bounded by the Aldi Distribution facility to the west and Naas Sports Centre to the east, Jigginstown, Naas, Co. Kildare. The development will consist of revisions to permitted Building ‘C’ (a permitted single storey motors sales showroom and service workshop building with total gross floor area of 2152 sq.mts and maximum height of c. 7m) and will include the following; reduction of the permitted floor area of 2162 sq mts to 1450 sq mts along with revisions to permitted building ‘C’ elevational treatments, revisions to permited Building ‘C’ illuminated signage on building facades and revisions to permitted car parking layout associated with permitted Building ‘C” and will include the provision of a free-standing canopy over a vehicle display area. The development will also include for the construction of Building ‘D’ a single storey 4.15m high 34 sqmt ESB substation and switch room building.
