Proposal description

The development will consist of: the change of use of the permitted ground floor bicycle storage room within the three-storey apartment building to provide 1 No. one-bedroom apartment (50.49 sq m); the provision of a new bicycle store (17.3 sq m) integrated with the permitted communal bin store, located towards the eastern boundary; a reduction in the private open space serving the two units adjoining the proposed apartment to provide additional communal amenity space; the provision of additional visitor bicycle parking adjacent to the pedestrian path serving the northeastern car parking area; minor elevational amendments to the apartment building to facilitate the proposed apartment; and all associated site development works above and below ground. The proposed amendments will increase the total number of residential units from 44 No. to 45 No. units. There will be no change to the permitted building footprint or height, the overall gross floor area of the development, or the permitted car parking provision.
