Ground floor extension of to the previously approved single storey garage under reg. ref. 07/0306 (c.32.3m.sq.) with the conversion of attic space over garage to home office and storage space (c.206.2m.sq.) ancillary to the main dwelling along with the provision of 4no. dormer windows to the rear and roof lights serving the attic space.Change of use of the previously approved feed and tack room previously granted permission under reg. ref. 00/1246 along with single storey extension (c.118.2m.sq.) to the rear to a gymnasium and recreational areas ancillary to the main dwelling involving the removal of the single storey agricultural building.
