For (a) Retention permission is sought for amendments which have been made to the subject building, that were previously proposed under approved planning application ref. no. 21/595. Amendments include the retention of existing two storey extension and omission of single storey rear extension that were both proposed under planning 21/595, but have not been carried out. (b) Planning permission is sought to change the use of part of existing dwelling, to be used as a base for administration and medical support staff in conjunction with the existing residential care services being provided for persons with disabilities, in existing dwelling houses which are located to the rear of the site. (c) form a new 1-bedroom apartment at ground floor level in the remainder of the dwelling (d) erect new entrance gate, provide parking and all associated site works
