For a single storey flat roofed extension to the rear including new door and window openings and the change of use of the existing attic storage space to use as a bedroom with an ensuite shower, toilet and storage. The development will include miscellaneous associated works including internal alterations and changes to elevations etc. Such changes to existing elevations will include a new front facing flat roofed dormer window in the existing front facing roof slope of the pitched roof, a rear facing "Velux" type roof window in the existing rear facing roof slope of the pitched roof and new window openings in the side facing gable.
