Sought for the existing dwelling as-built (157.303sq/mts), which includes minor alterations to the original parent grant of planning permission mainly relating to the addition of a ground floor and first floor extension to the rear (North) of the dwelling built in circa. the year 2000 by the existing homeowner/applicant (Dermot Tighe). Planning permission is being sought for (1) the construction of a new two storey extension to the site (East) elevation while maintaining the existing design theme, (2) the construction of a singly storey utility room to the rear (North) of the dwelling, (3) the construction of a glass porch at the front door under the porch canopy roof, (4) an attic conversion (storage only) with 1 no. new rear facing former window incl. modifications to the existing rear roof structures and (5) a PV solar array to front elevation.
