(2) Retention permission for the conversion of the attic into two bedrooms. The existing ground floor area is 176.86sq.m and the converted attic space adds a further 67.60sq.m, (3) Permission to construct a dormer/two-storey extension to the full length of the house at the rear and a single storey extension to the right-hand side of the house when viewed from the public road.
