Revisions to existing Planning Permission Reference No: 20/719 granted 03.03.21 for refurbishment and extensions to Castlesize, Sallins, a 'Protected Structure'. The Revisions for which planning permission is sought consist of:- 1.0 The omission of the following extensions proposed in the original Planning Permission, 'two colonnaded screen wings with pavilions, a new belvedere and viewing terrace'. 2.0. The erection of a modified belvedere and viewing terrace, with access stairs from the existing house and new forecourt. 3.0 New double doors with fanlight between the Hall, Rm. No. 001 and Stair Hall, Rm. No. 005. 4.0 Plan of Airing Cupboard in Rm.107 proposed in original permission, and a cupboard access door between Rm. Nos 105 and 102. 5.0 New Gate piers to be rendered and painted to match house colour, and capped with recycled, stone pier caps and urns, and gateway curved wings to have clipped hedge instead of steel railings behind the plinth wall
