Planning Permission for Revisions to existing Planning Application Reference No:-20/719. granted 03.03.21. The original development applied for in this permission consisted of:-' Refurbishment of existing house, a 'Protected Structure', involving conservation works to existing roofs and chimneys, new timber fenestration, new electrical and mechanical services , new bathroom room fit-outs at first floor level, new openings, partitions and floors at ground floor level. Included will be re-roofing of selected stables and ancillary yard buildings. The development will involve the demolition of the existing front porch and removal of existing aluminium windows, the removal of one chimney breast, selected internal and external concrete floors and paving, the removal and authorized, safe disposal of asbestos cement and corrugated tar roof cladding from selected stable and other yard buildings. It will include the building of new extensions, comprising a new front porch and portico, two colonnaded screen wings with pavilions, a new belvedere and viewing terrace and a new conservatory facing into the walled garden. Conservation works will also include selective re-rendering of existing external and internal walls and selective floor replacement and the re-ventilation of sub-floor voids, as specified in Conservation Statement. Also included will be various landscaping works including a new, graveled forecourt and paved areas front and back, together with the restoration and re-planting of the walled garden, located at Castlesize, Sallins, Co.Kildare. W91 TY80. On foot of request from Kildare Co.Co. 'Further Significant Information' consisting of 1. Alterations to the existing site entrance to the south of the site on the L2002, involving the removal of existing gate, fences and hedging and their replacement with new gate piers,railings,hedge and fence together with landscape bank and tree planting. 2. Amendments to 'red site boundary line' on the original application to include the new septic treatment system and percolation area was posted in site and newspaper notices.' The Revisions for which Planning Permission is sought in this application consist of:- 1.0 The omission of the following extensions proposed in the original Planning Permission, 'two colonnaded screen wings with pavilions, a new belvedere and viewing terrace'. 2.0 The erection of a modified belvedere and viewing terrace, with access stairs from the existing house and new forecourt. 3.0 contd....
