(1) Construct a one and a half storey extension with a single storey link to the rear of my existing single storey house. (2) Reduce the ground level in the vicinity of the proposed extension by approximately 1.00 metre to facilitate the ridge line of the proposed extension being at the same level as that of my existing house. (3) Carry out all ancillary ground works associated with the proposed extension.
