Proposal description

Modifications to a previously permitted residential development granted under Reg. Ref. 16/1227. The proposed development consists of a change of house type from 2 no. permitted 2 bed mid-terrace houses ( House Type D) & permitted 3 bed end- terrace (House Type C) to 2 no. proposed 2 bed mid- terrace houses ( House Type D ) & 2 no. proposed 3 bed end- terrace houses ( House Type C). The proposed development will result in a decrease of the gross floor area of the House Type C from a permitted 120m2 to a proposed 112m2 and a decrease of the gross floor area of the House Type D from as permitted 90m2 to a proposed 85m2. The proposed development includes for all associated site development works on site area measuring circa 0.079 ha
