(There are no works proposed to the historic fabric of the protected structure and the application relates to an extension to an existing modern building). The development will consist of: construction of additional floorspace of c. 124sqm (located over existing basement area) of the existing single storey "Linden Tree" building of c. 621sqm (permitted under Planning Reg.
