EXTENSION OF DURATION: 08/300023 & 14/804 Housing development to include: - (i) erection of 55 residential units comprising Block A, a three storey building with 4 no. three bedroom terraced houses on ground and first floor, 4 No. one bedroom apartments on 2nd floor over, block B, a three storey and two storey building with 4 no. terraced three bedroom town houses with optional 4th bedroom ensuite and wardrobe on 2nd floor, 2 no. 2 bedroom own door apartments, one on ground floor and the other on first floor, Block C1, a two storey building with 5 no. terraced three bedroom town houses, Block C2, a two storey building with 5 no. terraced three bedroom town houses, Block D1, a two storey building with 6 no. terraced 2 bedroom town houses, Block D2, a two storey building with 6 no. terraced 2 bedroom town houses, Block E, a three storey and two storey building with 13 no. two bedroom apartments and 6 no. one bedroom apartments. (ii) new access road which will provide road access to zoned residential lands to the south. Road access to these lands shall be through the existing Cois Bhearu Housing Scheme located to the west of these lands.
