Part of the existing palisade fence, approximately 8.4 metres in width, will be demolished for the new entrance. The new entrance will consist of an approximate 8.4 metre wide sliding gate to the western side of the site, off Alder Road. The new entrance will allow for the potential future dual occupancy of the site
