Development of 98 No. dwellings, a crèche and ancillary development at a site (c. 3.1 hectares) within the townland of Osberstown, “Millennium Park”, Naas. The development will consist of: (a) 74 No. 2-storey houses comprising 42 No. 2-bedroom houses and 32 No. 3-bedroom houses (6 No. Type C – semi-detached, 19 No. Type D2 terraced, 10 No. Type D3 terraced,32 No. Type E1 terraced, 1 No. Type F end terrace/detached and 6 No. Type G semi-detached/terraced); (b) 24 No. apartments in Block C (4-storey block) comprising 3 No. studio apartments, 6 No. 1-bedroom apartments and 15 No. 2-bedroom apartments (all apartments to have a balcony or terrace – solar panels at roof level); (c) Provision of a crèche of c. 611sqm at ground floor level of Block C (with an associated adjoining play area) and a single storey plant room building of c. 56.3sqm; (d) Vehicular and pedestrian/cyclist access to the site is proposed from the existing Naas Ring Road (also known as Naas Western Distributor Road) at the “Volvo” roundabout; (e) 221 No. car parking spaces (2 No. car parking spaces per house, 42 No. car parking spaces for apartments and 31 No. spaces for crèche) and 50 No. cycle spaces (36 No. spaces for apartments and 14 No. spaces for crèche); (f) Approximately 0.47 hectares of open space and all ancillary landscape works with public lighting, planting and boundary treatments; (g) Provision of attenuation as well as all ancillary site development and landscape works and connection to existing public water supply and drainage services
