1. Construction of two blocks each with four number three bedroom two storey terraced houses; 2. Construction of a detached four bedroom two storey dwelling; 3. For the completion of access roads, footpaths and public lighting to serve the proposed development; 4. Revised by significant further information consisting of; 1.The relocation of blocks 1 & 2 so that the separation distances to the adjoining boundaries has been increased as so that block 1 follows the same building line as the adjoining dwellings. 2. The redesign of blocks 2 & 3 so the overall ridge heights have been reduced and that there are only dormer windows located on the rear elevations of the dwelling 3.The proposed developments pedestrian footpaths now connect to the footpath of the adjoining Glendara Estate. 4. The road surface will be finished in a finished surface course of 45mm of Stone Mastic Asphalt, SMA 14 surf PMB 65/106-60 des, in compliance with with clause 942 of NRA/TII specification
